About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed with MISSION TECHNOLOGIES CO LTD. through wisetank.co. By placing an order you accept them.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include free shipping to Australia and New Zealand. Prices and stock may change until your order is confirmed. Models listed as price on enquiry are quoted individually and a quotation is not an order.
When an order exists
An answer from the product question tool or a submitted enquiry is information, not a binding quotation. Your order becomes an order when payment is accepted and we confirm it by email. We can cancel an order and refund it in full if the item is no longer available or the price was listed in error.
Product information
Specifications are taken from the manufacturer’s published listings and supplier documentation. Where a figure is still being confirmed with the supplier, the page says so rather than guessing. Confirm tank depth, connection distance and installation requirements for your own tank before ordering.
Suitability
A monitor suits a tank only if the depth, connection method, power source and installation suit that tank. If you are unsure, ask us before ordering — an enquiry answered is not a guarantee that the model fits your tank.
Delivery, returns and warranty
These are set out in the shipping, returns and warranty pages linked from every page of this site, and form part of these terms.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a liability that cannot be excluded by law, and nothing limits your statutory consumer rights in Australia or New Zealand.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Hong Kong. That does not remove the consumer protections you have where you live.
