Delivery

Delivery to the UK

Delivery to the UK is free for gas bottle and water tank sensors. It usually takes 7–15 working days from dispatch, and every parcel has a tracking number.

Whether import VAT or duty applies and who pays it will be stated with your price, before you pay.

Delivery time and import

7–15 working days is the usual time from dispatch, not a guaranteed date. Import VAT and duty are not confirmed as included in the price; how they are handled is set out before any payment.
