30 days from delivery
If you change your mind, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays return postage in that case. For faulty, wrong or transit-damaged items we cover it.
Returning an item and your rights
Please confirm the return address with us before sending. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
