Will it fit a 6 kg, 13 kg or 19 kg propane bottle?
Size alone does not confirm a fit. You need a steel bottle, a flat centre on the base and room for the 72 mm sensor. Aluminium and composite (lightweight plastic-cased) bottles are not supported. Please check the material and base shape of your bottle.
Is it a gas leak alarm?
No. It measures the liquid level. It does not detect gas leaks and does not replace a gas safety check by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
What is the difference between Bluetooth and WiFi?
Bluetooth connects to a nearby phone and runs on a coin cell. The WiFi model needs a 2.4 GHz network and mains power. Both gas models use the TANK IOT app.
Does the WiFi model come with a UK plug?
Yes. For the UK, the 5 V adapter comes with a Type G plug (BS 1363, 230 V), so it goes straight into a UK socket. A matching plug is not confirmation of UKCA marking.
Do you deliver to the UK?
Yes. Delivery to the UK is free and usually takes 7–15 working days. Every product ships from China with a tracking number.
Is there a GBP price?
Not confirmed yet. On each product page you can reserve free and with no obligation. We email you the price and a payment link; you only buy once you pay. Bulk enquiries are still welcome on the contact page.
Can I ask about several units?
Yes. On the contact page you can give the model, quantity and delivery country for either range. An enquiry is not an order.
Which display is there for water tanks?
The TLC2502LS-WL has a separate wireless LCD display. The water range uses Tuya / Smart Life, not the TANK IOT gas app.
Does every sensor suit an underground tank?
No, that is not confirmed across the board. Tank depth, mounting position, moisture, obstacles and connection must be checked for the chosen model.
How long are returns and warranty?
Returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging; 12 months warranty against manufacturing defects. Your statutory rights are not affected. Details are on each policy page.
